The intent of the renovation of this award winning, 119-unit condominium development was a result of a synthesis of multiple objectives arrived at by the homeowner’s association. Years of deferred maintenance and inherent construction defects compromised the integrity of the five free standing structures and the pool house pavilion.
The exterior finish systems were removed and replaced in their entirety, which addressed most of the building performance problems of the condominium development.
