One of the most pressing problems now facing Los Angeles County is the need for affordable housing. The California Housing and Finance Agency (CHFA) was the sponsoring agency in conjunction with a private developer for the creation of these fifty nine units of low to moderate income housing. Sited in Los Angeles, near MacArthur Park the project includes several levels of stepped hillside layout and two levels of subterranean parking garage. Amenities at the project include recreation areas for both adult and children residents.
